I was totally happy with my shipment of B-12 injectables and HCG. It took about three weeks to get the order, but that wasthe only draw back.

i first used their service in 2007, and had no problems until last year, when the shipments were a little slow from some places.

and then this year, i ordered some tamiflu from a “european pharmacy”, and after sending me a tracking number from the uk parcel force that never showd up on the system,they then “re-shipped” the meds from a company in turkey, directly. the package that arrived contained two meds i’d already received, but no tamiflu-by far the most expensive item i’d ordered.

after i had to complain again, they replied saying that their pharmacist claimed all meds had been shipped.
i have purhased the same product several times before, but always coming from new zealand.

now i noticed that they no longer are selling tamiflu sourced from new zealand, only romania or “european pharmacy”, which turns out to be turkey!

i don’t particularly have a problem with turkey, but since the meds didn’t arrive and the pharmacist in turkey claims they were in the package, there is a scam being perpetrated against me. so i raised the obvious point that comes to mind first, that turkey is not a part of europe (not even an eu member state).

one poster says that they were busted for fraud and changed their name, and it is true that on the webpage “pharmacyescrow” is no longer in business, only “escrowrefills”.

Stay away far far away from this place. I ordered Altace and Amoxicillin from this company. I started taking the amoxicillin and my abscess kept getting worse and worse. I went to my dentist he asked for a couple of the pills so he could have them tested. Turns out one had 10mg of amoxicillin and the rest none. I wouldn’t trust this company in any way shape of form. At least I know why my blood pressure went back up I didn’t have it checked but after I got altace from a different source blood pressure went back down. When I was sent an email asked if I was ready to refill I related the information about the generic amoxicillin and they did indicate that I should have notified them so they could replace them. Why I would be that stupid is beyond me but then I did ignore the reviews of the site.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

My spouse suffers from a condition that requires a maintenance regimen of medicines for the rest of her life. My first order was in 2009 and 2 years later they still have my business. I think a lot of people who buy medicines online don’t realize that it is a controlled substance and duties/taxes/shipping processes vary greatly depending where you live.

Aftersales service is also good because they call you (by voice even internationally) if you set your prescription as a refill to ensure you don’t run out unexpectedly.

My spouse is still in good health and I owe it to Pharmacy Escrow because I can’t get the medication in my country at all.

I am a satisfied customer of Pharmarcy Escrow. I just wish for them to ship my orders faster here in the Philippines since they offer priority shipping. (10-18days shipping + 2-3 days clearance from the customs is too much to wait).

some of these review maybe from USA medicine companies because Pescrow cause the USA medicine to lose money,since Geogre bush pass the law for medicine companies to name their own prices.

I won’t whatever the other people are saying out of frustration or may be a sarcastic tone. I am 100 % satisfied with this company and I got very good service. If some people never got lotteries does this mean that God or Satan is not favoring them. I am surprised with these types of sarcastic response. Customers wants everything free, have they taken into consideration unforseen cirsumstances.

I once ordered a muscle relaxer from these guys, put me into a grand mal siezure and almost died…seriously…

I ordered a supply of a lifesaving drug which is not available in the UK from Pharmacy Escrow. The delivery was well within the time stated and the medication was a generic of the drug which is the name by which it is described in India and Japan. I am very pleased with the service and the help[ I received. It has given us hope, the annoying thing is that this drug will be available in the UK next year which could be too late.

I have received the wrong product from Escrow, and I question their pharmacy staff who told me a load of rubbish. I am a retired Registered Nurse, well used to dealing with all kinds of medication, and READING LABELS which they seem incapable of!

while shipping is pretty slow (comming from TWO other countries) .. the products are great, and the service ive always got was awesome! =] You talk to real people, no bots. They call to confirm, they call to let me know my stuff was shipped, and they follow up with you after you’ve gotten your order to make sure everything was right. I really dont get all these negative comments, i mean, come on, shit happens … I got lucky obviously!

Apparently this place does not know how to document shipments properly to avoid snags in US Customs. My order (hcg from India) has been sitting at customs in NY for 3 weeks. I called USPS (shipped via USPS International Priority), and they told me that Customs may hold the shipment up to 45 days before they release it or notify you that it’s been confiscated. Since USPS can’t track it while it’s with Customs they have no information on the status. They did say that typically the problem is lack of proper documentation from the shipper, assuming it’s not coming from a country on a watch list. Wish I would have read reviews before I made this decision. There is another online pharmacy that sells this product, and everyone I’ve talked to said they received their order in less than 2 weeks start to finish — AND FOR CHEAPER!!! Boy, did I screw up.

I have not had the problems mentioned in most of reviews above, but I have had problems with the quality of the product ordered. I know it comes from out of country, so lengthy delivery time I get, but the quality control is what the issue is, which is not governed/controlled by the pharm escrow. Sooo I think the issue lies with where they get their products. Its too bad though cause I see that they are the only ones who offer this product without having a prescription out of USA. If I find an alternative to ordering without a prescription with other pharmacy’s will do.

I’ve ordered through Pharmacy Escrow three times over the past year and have been VERY satisfied with my product and experience with the web site. I recommend it to all my friends! I LOVE IT!

Pharmacy escrow is a scam!!!
I originally placed an order with them on January 25th, my bank refused the charge. I contacted your company twice (inititally on Jan 26th and again on January 31st) and advised them that I no longer wanted to proceed with this order. They continued to attempt to debit my account repeatedly, despite my banking institutions refusal to pay due to your companies high fraud risk. I can’t imagine any reputable company attempting a debit transaction more than 20 times; without getting in contact with the account holder. I have forced me to close out my debit card and bank account. I probably will never receive the product anyway. If I had read about your history prior to the order I would have never, ever attempted to purchase with them. This company repeatedly submitted my order for payment without my consent until they finally pushed payment thru. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I will never do business with you Pharmacy Escrow and suggest that you read all the reviews before you do!! I will post my complaints with every consumer watchgroup I can locate for internet purchases. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered on the internet. The fact that my bank contacted me about the purchase because of the High Fraud Risk associated with this company should be a warning to everyone…they have a long history of scamming people!!

I couldnt believe how fast i got my order,I placed it on october 23rd and got it november 1st.It was delivered via usps mail and you have to sign for it so its very secure.great deals compared to other online pharmacy’s and always seem to have in stock what other’s dont. also a real person 24/7 support not a bot.im sure all other bad experiences with them was do to customs not the pharmacy’s fault.

This has become quite a horror story as Pharmacy Escrow took my money and then dispensed a brand of medication different than what I ordered. I have made at least 10 attempts to communicate with them by phone and their online help desk. They reply only with canned, generic responses not related to my problem. They will not allow me to return the incorrect medication or refund my money. Worse, they are sending me advice to take the medication anyway, CONTRARY TO THE MANUFACTURER LABELING which I emailed to them as proof of being the wrong med. I am now in the process of filing a formal dispute. What a scam!

I will NEVER buy anything from them again! I tried a product through them. I ordered here 7/14 and it arrived less than 2 weeks later. Everything was as expected i had no problems like are mentioned above. The product was very high quality.

ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS. I paid for the “express” delivery service plus the “priority” handling. After 12 days I checked on the progress of my order. It hadn’t even been dispatched yet. Went to online chat, and was told that there is no priority handling available from the Australian pharmacy which I had chosen for my order, even though payment for priority had been accepted by Pharmacy Escrow. I was given an immediate refund but if I hadn’t asked I would never have known I’d been ripped off.

Then I asked the guy on chat why on earth my order hadn’t even left Australia yet. He said there was a 7 to 10 day wait after the order is sent to the pharmacy because it had to be ordered in from the manufacturer – they want it to be “fresh” (who do they think they’re talking to, a 5 year old????) I pointed out that there was no mention of this delay on the Pharmacy Escrow website. Tough cheese, it seems.

After the 10 days were up I contacted them again because I needed my order urgently and it still hadn’t been dispatched. In fact it took FIFTEEN days for my order to be dispatched and TWENTY FOUR days from submitting my order to delivery. And that’s the express option. These idiots should be prosecuted for false advertising. If ever I need to order medications online again (though never with this mob) I’ll try getting my order shipped by rowboat. It would be faster.

Worst experience ever, I only had MC and they would only take VISA. So I sent them money via WesternUnion and sent the email I was supposed to send with the Money control number, and they took my money and never wrote back!!! I talked to them several times on the phone and their “so say” accounting department is closed to fix the mistake. How can an accounting department be closed everyday for 9 days? So thus they have my money and still claiming they do not see it in their records.
