Placed my FIRST order one week ago, because my credit card wouldn’t go through on the website I usually use (found out my banker put in the wrong account number when she OK’d the charge!!). So, one week later & it HASN”T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED & from all of the complaints above this one, odds are that it never will be. I am calling my bank tomorrow for a charge back & since it was their mistake that led me to this nightmare site, I am sure they will be happy to accomodate me. And it is my HEART medication!!! AND they have CHARGED MY CARD!!! LIARS & THIEVES ARE EVERYWHERE!!

I have received my orders, one 6 weeks late and one on time. The products were fine and the charges were legit but their service is unreliable. However, I could get the medication without a doctor’s written prescription. This was important to me since I was overseas and my doctor couldn’t renew my prescription. They did come through in the end but some of the shipments “get lost” they said, and need to be reprocessed.

Honestly I’ve ordered from these guys four times, and so far have received two of the orders. The last order was placed about 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting on that (which isn’t unreasonable). Last time I just chargedback the credit card and had my money back instantly (thanks VISA) so I figured I would give them another shot and chalk it up to a customs issue. Unlike last time, this time they emailed me a tracking number when it shipped (which I have no idea where to go to track). Like I say, my success rate with this company has been about 50%. If they screw me again this time I’ll just do another chargeback and never deal with them again, but if it shows up who knows.

PS – When the products do show up, they are legit products, I’ll give them credit for that.

JUST CALLED–THEY ACTUALLY ANSWERED !! ASKED DIRECT “DO YOU EVER INTEND TO REFUND MY MONEY ?? ” REPLY “NO MAM ” !!!!!! THEY THEN WENT ON TO OFFER ME AN ALTERNATIVE–IF I REORDER AND PAY AGAIN THEY WILL REFUND IN FULL——–AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE? THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY MAD !!! PLEASE LET’S DO SOMETHING AND GET THEM OUT OF “BUSINESS”

So………..Easymd have now blocked me from their online live chat. This is because I asked the following: Are you certified by the National Assoc of Boards of Pharmacy in the US? Have you been approved by PharmacyChecker ? I now intend to notify the CDSCO…..a division of the Indian Ministry of Health and the Pharmacy Council of India.Email your complaint to : pci@ndb.vsnl.net.in.Easymd need to refund all of those customers whose monies they have stolen.

I have decided to log my communications with Easymd–so that the public can follow and see what a bunch of liars they really are! I have been waiting for a refund for ages–my order was placed 6 months ago.They took my money and wont give it back—-no goods ever received ! They accept orders knowing full well that they dont have the products in stock–once they have your money they dont care.So–I’ve been asked to call back to speak to Sam (manager) in 3 hrs..he wasnt there when I called last week–Ill be surprised if he’s there today…Ill let you know what happens !I’ve spoken to him many times anyway–he just makes promises.

I MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE FROM EASYMD ON APRIL 25, 2010. THEREAFTER, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY PURCHASE. THE EMAIL SAYS “WE WISH TO CONFIRM SUCCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION OF YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT OF $48.00. THIS MEANS THAT WE HAVE VERIFIED THAT YOUR CARD IS VALID AND HAS SUFFICIENT CREDIT. ONCE WE FILL AND SHIP YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REGISTERED AIR MAIL NUMBER AND ONLY THEN WILL YOUR CARD BE CHARGED FOR $48.00 BY “WWW.EASY.MD 866-978-4944″. YOU SHOULD EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE APPROXIMATELY 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SHIPPING.”

THEIR WEBSITE CONFIRMS THE SAME POLICY:

WE DEBIT YOUR CREDIT CARD ONLY ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER. THEREFORE, IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO US CHARGING YOUR CARD YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO SO WITHOUT PENALTY. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE WILL BE UNABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.”

MY VISA WAS CHARGED ON APRIL 26, 2011, SO I EXPECTED THE SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE LAST TUESDAY, MAY 10, 2011. HOWEVER, 12 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSED, AND IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I CONTACTED EASYMD FOR ASSISTANCE VIA A LIVE CHAT TODAY AND GOT SOMEONE NAMED ‘TERRY’ WHO WAS OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER.

SHE SAID THAT MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. THEN WHY WAS MY VISA CHARGED THE $48 ON APRIL 26TH? SHE ALSO SAID
“AS WE CHANGED OUR MERCHANT BANK POLICIES WERE CHANGED.”

IF THEY CHANGED THEIR MERCHANT BANK POLICIES, WHY DIDN’T THEY CHANGE THE POLICY IN THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME TWO WEEKS AGO AND IN THEIR CURRENT WEBSITE?

THEY SAID THEY WILL SHIP THE ORDER ANYTIME IN THE NEXT WEEK, SO THEY HAVEN’T EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER. THEY CHARGED AND TOOK MY MONEY FOR IT THOUGH. I CALLED MY VISA COMPANY AND THEY STARTED A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE WITH EASYMD BECAUSE IT’S BEEN OVER 15 DAYS SINCE THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T SHIPPED THE PRODUCT.
