I have been using them for almost 5 years. Last year I ran into my first problem with them. I ordered my order in early May, it didnt show up after 31 days so I called them and they resent. Well that one didnt show up after 30 days either and in the mean time I had ordered again. Everything, the reorder and the second order finally show after almost 7 weeks. I decided to hold off on ordering from them until this Jan. the first 2 orders came with in 20 days but this last order took almost 6 weeks again. I got smart and now have extra on hand so if it takes 6 weeks again I wont run out. Shipping could be better, I am willing to pay for air mail or express if they would do so.

Ordered, arrived with no delay. Meds were very generic with no markings.

I’ve always got my medication within 14 working days, I have made a total of 16 orders so far with no problems. I once ordered without having the money to pay for it in my account and the medications were shipped regardless and the money wasn’t automatically taken from my account as soon as I had it, I had the option to pay at my leisure.

I whole heartedly recommend bestliferx.com to anyone. I am a UK resident and have had no problems with customs, US residents may have a more difficult time but that’s the fault of their customs and nothing to do with bestliferx, who are happy to send your order again free of charge or refund you if your order doesn’t make it to you.

I find it highly unlikely that “gene” is telling the truth, judging by how gene writes I’m convinced that he or she, assuming the truth is being told, actually made mistakes of their own as I’ve never known anyone to complain about bestliferx.

I have used BestlifeRx for several years and have always been happy with them. I once had a problem with shipping (Customs) and the resent my order free of charge. I think I have to agree with Eron when he said that maybe the complaints are from their competitors.

I think that most of the complaints I’ve seen are competitors or affiliates of competitors attempting to discredit bestliferx for their own gain.

I have used bestliferx.com for over three years now and have no complaints. My wife has chronic back pain and depends on the pain medicine to help here function.
I order about once each month without a problem.

my order never arrived , they promised a refund or reshipment,,i chose the refund and they said my card was credited ,, but when i checked it was not credited. after that, my emails to them were not answered , so i didnt get the refund or the meds i ordered.

I too had trouble with only one order that email contact was lost. My order was very late. BUT this was an exception to the rule. They have been service oriented for many months before this. They have now come back on email with apologies and good service. All is well and I will continue to now give them the benefit of the doubt. The advantages have far outweighed the disadvantages for me and my vet meds. I believe they just hit a rough patch for some reason.
