I have used 4RX for many years, ordering the generic for Imitrex for migraine headaches. They have been wonderful to work with and the meds are legit. I would know! I also ordered antibiotics from them, and some other drugs over the years. I was very sad to see today that their site is shut down. They saved me tons of money on the Imitrex and now I don’t know if I can afford it locally (about $30 a pill!)

What I understand and heard ,After received tips from FDA about fake medications,US Customs seized large consignment sent by these guys.There is a investigation going on.Indian FDA also close down all their supply points after receive complaints.4rx.com is in big trouble.

Don’t really understand all of the complaints. Had used this outfit half a dozen times or so always with good results. A couple of orders were timely received in the last few weeks. Am sorry to see them go. Always good product. Never a billing problem. Very professional operation. I’m wondering if some of these complaints are from Canadian pharmacies(always more expensive often confused and shipped after the fact). Like everyone else though I’ll be looking for a new on line pharmacy. Have used others before finding 4rx but none were as inexpensive or quick as 4rx. Not that it matters now but I don’t think they belong on a black list based on my experience. Oh and I’ll take Indian drug manufactures any day.

Just found out this morning that 4RX in no longer in business. I have been using them for about a year now and until recently they delivered a good generic viagara at very reasonable prices with bonus pills for returning customers. Then things changed in late September as you can see from the other post here!

I, and probably most of you here, have to start over in the search to find another reliable provider who has quality generic viagara and other needed tablets that work well and are offered at a reasonable price; and hopefully offers bonus tables for the returning customer. If you know of, or can recommend one, I and others here would greatly appreciate your referral.

The search begins anew!

I placed an order from these people on the 22 Oct 11 and did not receive it until the 20 Dec 11 (2 months) They told me it had been shipped on the 22 Nov 11. I went on the live chat who told me about the delays and said they would send 10 percent extra for the inconvenience. When i did eventually received my order it was short by 10 tabs and guess what? NO EXTRA PILLS. I immediately went on the live chat and explained and they told me they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Guess what? NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I have even opened up a ticket and they still wont answer me. This was be the first and last order i will place with 4rx. Not bad going for a first time customer.

despite the negative reviews here, I gave it a try here. I was running out of my pills so I was worried about the shipping issues. Placed my order on the 7th and have received the package today which is 19th. It wasn’t too bad.

Well, after reading about the shipping problems, I went “Live Chat”. After waiting about 30 minutes, someone responded. Here’s the result of the Chat. I wouldn’t order from them, appears they bill just fine, just don’t ship!!

Debbie: Welcome to our live chat service. How may I assist you?

you: Good evening. I have been reading reviews about this site from customers. Can you answer a few questions before I order?

Debbie: Sure.

you: First complaint. VERY long delays in Live Chat. Seems that complaint has a basis of truth since my delay was long. Any comments?

Debbie: We have many customers chatting with us.

you: I bet!! Next complaint, which there were 6 posted with todays date. According to Sam Philips, all shipping problems have been resolved. But these 6 compalints were from customers who have yet to get the order. Any Comments??

Debbie: I regret to inform you that we still have technical issues with the billing merchant. Therefore, we are not able to charge any cards and ship the order.

you: Also, when I said I would order, why did you not just tell me then orders are being taken??

Debbie: I did mention that we are having billing issues.

you: According to these reviews, the customers got billed just fine, no problems with billing. IT’s the “no shipping” issue that has them upset. The cards got charged just fine!! Any Comments. Please remember, I’ll be posting this chat session on the same review site.

Debbie: Please be aware that we had technical issue since the last week of September and we could not process any orders until the 3rd week of Nov. However, the issue was fixed and we did billing customers cards and we were able to process few orders.

Debbie: However, orders shipped after 22nd were held by Indian customs due to postal issue and they were not released until the 7th of December.

Debbie: The billing issue again occurred on the 9th of Dec and none of the orders have been processed sine then.

you: The complaints are in perfect agreement with your last statement. You bill just fine, you just don’t ship!! Thank you for your help.

Debbie: We did get the authorization for few orders which were placed around the 7th and the 8th of Dec.

placed my order in october. they keep promising and promising blaming delays etc. now they dont even respond to my emails 4 in total.

They are selling few sterile opthalmic products in these websites,which requires special storage conditions.One product branded as XLASH,which is Bimatoprost Opthalmic solution they are promoting as Eye lash growth,Still this indication is not approved by DCGI here in India.Also they are supplying brushes for this which are not sterile and it is dangerious to use in the eye as there are chances of serious infections.Do FDA look in to it????????? crazy guys.

I have received 100% satisfaction with 4Rx.com. 4Rx.com is clearly legitimate company. I believe that my medication was stronger than what I get in Chicago, US. You can believe that.

I am going to shop with 4Rx.com again and if my family needs prescription I will purchase at 4Rx.com.
