I took a chance given the recent reviews and was pleasantly surprised. My parcel arrived in 12 days with the express shipping, the order was correct, the medications are genuine. The shipping cost are higher than most, but the medicine cost are the lowest out there, so it is still the best deal on the net. I think 4RX should be taken off the blacklist as I believe they have resolved their issues and are back up and running. For U.S. customers they take echeck instead of CC, not as convenient, but it worked fine and the billing was correct. Thumbs up to 4RX, P.S they have a discount code of L95YQ24H which saves you 10% on the cost or gets you 20% more pills. I am placing a second order and will provide follow-up feedback.

I had used this service for several years with no problem.

February 17, 2012, I reordered the same medication that I’d een ordering since about 2006.

March 22; The package finally arrived; however it was the WRONG medication. I called and told them that I had only a week’s worth of medication remaining, and they need to reship via air mail. They assured me that the correct medication would be shipped and I would receive it in 7-10 business days.

March 30, I got an email that it had JUST shipped. I called to find out why it was delayed a week. They explained that they had recently changed their shipping company.They were not able to supply a tracking number, but said it should be available in 48 hours

April 2, emailed to find out tracking number – no reply

April 3, live chat to find out tracking number – they said it was not yet available, but assured it was sent and I would have it by April 12

April 4, emailed to find out tracking number – no reply

April 9, called to find out tracking number, was promised that they would investigate and email me in a few hours.
but assured it was sent and I would have it by April 12

April 10, called to find out tracking number – again they said it was not available, but assured it was sent and I would have it by April 12

April 12, package still not received. They are now saying that I should have it by the 18th but are still unable to supply a tracking number. I insisted that they really have no way to prove that it shipped. They ARE offering a refund – by check, which takes 2 weeks.

Will never use them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I bought product from them over 2 years ago about 6 months after Someone called me and wanted me to buy more product, I asked there name and web site it was a diferent company name and they didn’t have a web site it was a “special offer” they knew my name and address and what I bought. I called 4rx told them about this they said they did not call and all my info was safe, I asked to be removed from their files. I have been receiving phone calls alost every day for the last 1 1/2 years asking to be put on the no call list dosen’t work today I received 3 calls I don’t answer and blocking doesn’t work they change phone numbers. 4rx must have sold my information to others it has become a nightmare…I’m about ready to change my number

I was very happy with 4rx for over a year
But late 2011 i placed an order and no product was shipped.
they told me that they were having billing issues, so i waited and waited still nothing, so not using them again i have a mind to set up a company and teach them about customer service and running an online company very dissapointed

I had ordered Finasteride from 4RX on 12 December 2011, my order should be received within 10 days. However until now I still have not receive my order. The first reason of delay was some technical issues with the billing merchant. Then after a few weeks, they said that my order would be sent on 10 February 2012 for SURE. I just email them today, then they (Marina) informed me that my order never been processed because they only accept echeck payment. eCheck payment option works only for the customer who has USA Account. If they have issue payment with credit card, why they accept my credit card payment. This company is scammed. Please don’t ever order anything from this company since a lot bad comments and they are already black listed.

hi all…just got thru to liveperson at 4rx….got thru instantly…and had good convo with the person…my order had been placed away back on 18th oct 2011….as you know this is now feb 2012…well apparently my order is still on their system but has never been actioned…reasons being billing issues….now as you can see from this review they seem to be still trading…and the only method of payment is E check…she also said that debit and credit cards will be acceptable within 2 weeks time…guys and galls i really dont know what to make of this?? has anybody else spoken to them?? it would be good to know the real position of this company….also as a footnote i was never charged any money!!

I have used 4RX for many years, ordering the generic for Imitrex for migraine headaches. They have been wonderful to work with and the meds are legit. I would know! I also ordered antibiotics from them, and some other drugs over the years. I was very sad to see today that their site is shut down. They saved me tons of money on the Imitrex and now I don’t know if I can afford it locally (about $30 a pill!)

What I understand and heard ,After received tips from FDA about fake medications,US Customs seized large consignment sent by these guys.There is a investigation going on.Indian FDA also close down all their supply points after receive complaints.4rx.com is in big trouble.

Don’t really understand all of the complaints. Had used this outfit half a dozen times or so always with good results. A couple of orders were timely received in the last few weeks. Am sorry to see them go. Always good product. Never a billing problem. Very professional operation. I’m wondering if some of these complaints are from Canadian pharmacies(always more expensive often confused and shipped after the fact). Like everyone else though I’ll be looking for a new on line pharmacy. Have used others before finding 4rx but none were as inexpensive or quick as 4rx. Not that it matters now but I don’t think they belong on a black list based on my experience. Oh and I’ll take Indian drug manufactures any day.

Just found out this morning that 4RX in no longer in business. I have been using them for about a year now and until recently they delivered a good generic viagara at very reasonable prices with bonus pills for returning customers. Then things changed in late September as you can see from the other post here!

I, and probably most of you here, have to start over in the search to find another reliable provider who has quality generic viagara and other needed tablets that work well and are offered at a reasonable price; and hopefully offers bonus tables for the returning customer. If you know of, or can recommend one, I and others here would greatly appreciate your referral.

The search begins anew!
