I have used 4RX for many years, ordering the generic for Imitrex for migraine headaches. They have been wonderful to work with and the meds are legit. I would know! I also ordered antibiotics from them, and some other drugs over the years. I was very sad to see today that their site is shut down. They saved me tons of money on the Imitrex and now I don’t know if I can afford it locally (about $30 a pill!)

What I understand and heard ,After received tips from FDA about fake medications,US Customs seized large consignment sent by these guys.There is a investigation going on.Indian FDA also close down all their supply points after receive complaints.4rx.com is in big trouble.

Don’t really understand all of the complaints. Had used this outfit half a dozen times or so always with good results. A couple of orders were timely received in the last few weeks. Am sorry to see them go. Always good product. Never a billing problem. Very professional operation. I’m wondering if some of these complaints are from Canadian pharmacies(always more expensive often confused and shipped after the fact). Like everyone else though I’ll be looking for a new on line pharmacy. Have used others before finding 4rx but none were as inexpensive or quick as 4rx. Not that it matters now but I don’t think they belong on a black list based on my experience. Oh and I’ll take Indian drug manufactures any day.

Just found out this morning that 4RX in no longer in business. I have been using them for about a year now and until recently they delivered a good generic viagara at very reasonable prices with bonus pills for returning customers. Then things changed in late September as you can see from the other post here!

I, and probably most of you here, have to start over in the search to find another reliable provider who has quality generic viagara and other needed tablets that work well and are offered at a reasonable price; and hopefully offers bonus tables for the returning customer. If you know of, or can recommend one, I and others here would greatly appreciate your referral.

I placed an order from these people on the 22 Oct 11 and did not receive it until the 20 Dec 11 (2 months) They told me it had been shipped on the 22 Nov 11. I went on the live chat who told me about the delays and said they would send 10 percent extra for the inconvenience. When i did eventually received my order it was short by 10 tabs and guess what? NO EXTRA PILLS. I immediately went on the live chat and explained and they told me they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Guess what? NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I have even opened up a ticket and they still wont answer me. This was be the first and last order i will place with 4rx. Not bad going for a first time customer.

despite the negative reviews here, I gave it a try here. I was running out of my pills so I was worried about the shipping issues. Placed my order on the 7th and have received the package today which is 19th. It wasn’t too bad.

They are selling few sterile opthalmic products in these websites,which requires special storage conditions.One product branded as XLASH,which is Bimatoprost Opthalmic solution they are promoting as Eye lash growth,Still this indication is not approved by DCGI here in India.Also they are supplying brushes for this which are not sterile and it is dangerious to use in the eye as there are chances of serious infections.Do FDA look in to it????????? crazy guys.

I have received 100% satisfaction with 4Rx.com. 4Rx.com is clearly legitimate company. I believe that my medication was stronger than what I get in Chicago, US. You can believe that.

nothing arrived yet. i tried to track it but the number is not valid. i called and they told me they would ship it but were haviung processing problems. i received an email in nov. saying that it had shipped, however i received another stating that it had not shipped and to be patient. i called them and they told me it would ship “soon”. i have used them for 2 years with no problems but now i am wondering if things have changed; i hope my instinct is wroung or i am out a couple hundred dollars.

Same complaint as everyone else recent: ordered on 10/3/11 (and paid for the expedited shipping!!) and got the same BS that they were having issues with their credit card processor. Got an email and tracking number on 11/22/11 saying expect delivery by 12/6/11.

Here it is 12/9/11 and the tracking number JUST NOW says they are preparing to ship from India! HAHAHAHAHAHA.

I was pleased with their service the two times I’ve ordered prior to October, but I doubt I’ll ever order again. No apologies from 4rx, and they woulnd’t even ship for free for the HUGE INCONVENIENCE. They ought to refund everyone’s shipping at the very least, which I’m sure would put them out of business.

My problem is the same as everyone else’s basically. Ordered on October 11. Received email from Veripayment that my card was charged and items shipped on November 23rd!!!! Was issued a tracking number that doesnt exist and it’s December 8th. I have tried calling and was disconnected numerous times and then on the very last occasion was told that phonenumber was no longer in operation. I also tried to go to the website and McAfee would NOT let me get into it stating that it was a dangerous site which would only create havoc on my computer so there goes that idea. The charge was made and still shows on my next billing statement, however, I called my credit company and they agreed that something fishy is going on and not to pay and they will contact (or attempt to) contact the company and if their are problems, they will be reported to the proper authorities. I dont even think they warrant ONE star but I have no choice. They wont print my review without at least ONE star.

I’ve read Sam’s response to our complaints – went online to “chat” with someone and no one is answering. I always like to put things in writing, but you have to register to submit a help ticket. Not a great option.

3 weeks ago I had to cancel my order because every week they said my order would ship at the end of the week, and the following week they delayed.

For 2 years I’ve had nothing be excellent service from this company and now I’m so gunshy, especially since I can’t chat with anyone, that I don’t know if I will order from them.

I had to go to another site and pay $30.00 more for my needs, and I’m not really happy about that. However, tracking shows my shipment is on time.

If 4rx was really up and up on this issue, they should put something on their home page accepting responsibility for the issues and stating if it’s resolved or not. Transparent communication always buys back customers. Own up 4rx.com.

4RX.com USED to be a legit company: fast shipping times, good prices and discounts for returning members. It looks like news on here is true: they are having a lot of trouble over there and medication is not shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and I’m up a creek now. To top it off- when I went to cancel (because I need my meds now) they said, “Ok,” then followed up with, “We can’t cancel because the order might ship.” Which sounds to me like they are delaying canceling so that they can ship the order.

Be wise: avoid this pharmacy. They have gone downhill and aren’t coming back up any time soon.

Our support team offered Bonus pills, considerable discounts and refunds to our customers. Some waited some decided to go elsewhere which I understand.

I have been dealing with them for a few years now.
got to the point that my whole family buys through them.
they have a Customer Referral program that gives me store credits for each time my family buys something.
a package got stuck in customs, i called at like 1 am after i got back from work, they answered , and reshipped my order, that was pretty cool. i was sure i was going to lose my money and order.
i think that 4rx does the best that can be done within this industry … we are buying generics from india…

I am a first time user of 4RX. I ordered in early October and STILL have not recieved my order. I tried to call today and the phone disconnected me without the ability to leave a message. I don’t think they ever intended to fill my order. I don’t care how cheap they are—they don’t live up to their advertisement and they continually lie about the status of my order. I will not order from them again and I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

I’m with the other guy. Ordered 10/14 and every week they tell me it will ship next week. I come back to check the status of my order, go to online check, “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but it will ship next week.” I canceled my order. Credit Card processor? I don’t think so. I’ve ordered a few times in the past with no shipping or product issues. This last time however, I placed an order on Oct-10 that as of today Nov-1 STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! I’ve talked to their online “customer service” several times in the last 3 weeks only to hear excuses about their credit card processor.

Neil,There was a raid by FDA in supply point of http://www.4rx.com and they seized lot of fake medicatins of different reputed brands intended for shipping to customes.Now they changed the location and there logistic operate in a different name with different location.So,they might have suspect you from FDA or Police and due to that they may have not responded to you.They are still very much in this illegal shipping business and every day shipping hundred and thousands to different locations.

I think 4RX must be going out of business. After ordering from them for years with no real issues, the last time they didn’t even process my order. They finally admitted that their credit card processor dumped them and their shipper wouldn’t ship for them anymore. At least they didn’t charge my credit card. They said they hoped their issues would be resolved by November. It’s a shame b/c their meds always seemed to be high quality.

I placed an order Oct. 1, 2011 and paid the more expensive shipping ($40.00) to expedite my order. Today, when I tried to trac the order, there was no shipping date. So, I went to their customer service and she said that there are some “complications” with their processing dept. and over 2000 customers are now waiting for their meds. She said to give it another (“tentative”) 10 days and things should be okay. I cancelled my order. Actually my bank had authorized the payment but then when I looked at my statement, it had been removed and no charges were applied against my account. Ordered generic Nexium,reached after 6weeks .on the website they have written manufacturer is Glenmark,but they sent me a prodct named Espragen manufactured by a company named Genpharma International.The pills are brown inside,have a very pugent smell like acid.I had a skin rash after useing these pills.I have read few reports about this company and found to be a very bad name in the business circle.So,i spoken to their customer service people for refund and their behiviour is very rude.So,i request all the customer not fall in their trap,really prodcuts supplied by these people are fake.

I didn’t bother to look at reviews before buying – but afterwards I was a bit worried. They emailed me about 4 days after I ordered saying my order had been shipped, and provided me with a tracking number but didn’t specify which mailing system they had used. I replied and asked where I could track my order, and also that I had heard a lot of people who had ordered had received spam and that I wanted to know that this would not happen. I received an email back from somebody almost instantly assuring me they do not share email addresses with anybody and telling me I could check my item tracking on the Australia Post website, but that it wouldn’t be trackable til it reaches Australia.

So I kept checking each day & it still said “Product not trackable”, so I was VERY surprised to receive it 14 days after they shipped it. Packing is a bit dodgy, but product looks exactly as it should so thankyou!

I ordered the antibiotic Cipro from them. It did arrive within the timeframe, and the product does look legit, although I haven’t taken any yet. BUT I was disappointed to see that it was manufactured in 2009 and expires in 2012. So I got medicine that has only one year of shelf life left when I recieved it.

The packaging was very shoddy looking as well.

i’ve ordered from them twice and each time i had to wait over two months for my products. on each occassion, i did not get the product until calling them in total annoyance. they finally re-shipped the products the second time and i got it after waiting one month. the customer service was ok and so were the products. if you order from them expect good quality products but MARATHON waiting time!!!!! their generic viagra works very well but the cialis is substandard.

4RX.com is definitely legit. I’ve been ordering from them for over a year now. My only complaint is about shipping, but the problem is with USPS, not 4RX. If you look at the package when it arrives, the postage stamp tells you when the package left India. I even paid $35 to have expedited shipping because my original order hadn’t arrived yet. They mailed it to me on August 88th; got to JFK on August 11; and JFK held it until August 29th. The problem with orders not arriving within the time frame are not the fault of 4RX, I repeat, but I still give shipping a 1 as an overall rating for the whole process. Their customer service is great. I just have to order 4 weeks in advance of my medicinal needs in case there is a delay with the meds getting to me from JFK.

Well I ordered a trial pack of 30 pills and they have just arrived within the time frame they said. The packaging was a bit dodgy lol. The pills were packeted properly but the packets were placed between card then selotaped together. But they look the real deal and are all within date etc. I’ve yet to try them as I’m not currently requiring ny. But I’m sure they will be sound.

I read all the neg press only after I ordered lots of gabapentin, some EMS and some regular shipping. On the bad side, only after I ordered EMS was I told that they were out of this med, but were sending 20 of the 180 caps per EMS. It just arrived right along with a regular regestered mail order of the same. They said that they would ship the rest when it arrived in stock on Wed, but still waiting.

On the positive side, the medication that arrived did arrive in the given time frames, was well packaged, and most importantly, is real. I know because this med has a real and specific effect on me, and I know this is 100% genuine in dose and compound.

I’ve used 4RX several times during the past year and have not experienced any of the problems some of the posters complain about. You should expect a four week shipping period in making any orders since all products come from India. There is a wide variety of products offered and the prices are very competitive. The website and telephone service is easy to work with. I can track each order and know the approximate date of delivery. 4RX only uses VISA. Anyone calling this online pharmacy a scam or the products fake must be spammers or may have ulterior motives. My experience has been very acceptable (mostly heart and diabetes products) but with a four week delay between the order and delivery.

I’ve ordered from 4RX three times now…the product has always arrived here to the USA in about 10 days. I use the generic Cialis, and it does work. I order the 20 mg tablets but I need to take two to get results. I’ve tried the real Levitra and two tablets of it work best for me too. My conclusion, the generic Cialis may be a little underpowered of what they order, but the product works. Customer service is good. One time they sent me a double order only charging me once. Ordered 10mg Escitalopram in March 2011. Came in three weeks from India.
Pills were red-coloured, as opposed to the white ones in Australia. Apparently its iron oxide colouring, which checked out ok on the internet.

I’ve ordered via 4rx three times now. Product has always arrived within a couple of weeks. Always had good communication via email (albeit automated). And the product works very well.

I have used this site a few times and I will NEVER buy from them again. Twice they didn’t ship the items one they shipped the wrong items or amounts. And to finish it off the last order I never got AGAIN and now they say I took too long even though they know I didn’t get it and they won’t reship nor refund my money!

I ordered today March 27 from an India Pharmacy USING my Mastercard & was in no way denied use of it for the odd reason you state that “they want to prevent US citizens form ordering meds from foreign sites.” It just did not happen in my case.

I have ordered once from them. I ordered it Feb. 24 and it arrived March 11, 12 business days. The only thing I don’t like is having to sign for it, but that can’t be avoided.

Better that they publish a list of safe pharmaceutical companies and allow us to buy them without all the lying about fake drugs and trying to scare people. They even intercept old people going over the border to
Canada when everyone knows that a lot of the drugs sold in the US are manufactured in Canada. Once they lie to us it’s hard to trust them anymore. Follow the money is what I always say.

After reading all these reviews I do not know what to believe. I discovered 4rx while surfing BuyDrugs247 website. They must offer this link because the generics are less money. My take is that the United States pharmacies are more reliable. The problem is that if you do not have a previous prescription you will pay twice as much over having your doctor write the prescription. The other thing is that these generics are so much cheaper than the U.S. brand name drugs. Does anybody know proof positive whether the ED drugs from 4rx are effective? Are there any government sites that post this information?

I have ordered from this company many times over the years, and recommended patients to this company for discount meds. Until this recent time I was satisfied. I ordered on 1/21/11, and expected delivery in mid-Feb. On 2/12/11 I called and they said the order was shipped, and would arrive by 2/20/11. I asked for the tracking number to be email, but it never was. The package never arrived. I waited until 2/27/11 and it never arrived. I online chatted with Lisa who promised me the tracking number, she never sent it. On 2/28/11 I called 305-847-1470 got the Indian customer support staff, and Victor promised to send me the tracking number but never did. I online chatted with Lisa again who promised me a tracking number, but never sent it. Called Victor again 3/1/11 and he DID sent the tracking number. I called USPS and they told me that the package was scheduled for pickup on 2/3/11 (12 days after placing the order) but the package never left India. When I called back, Suzanne stated she was the manager, was extremely rude, talked over me, offered me no solutions, and hung up on me. Unfortunate that I have had years of good luck all ruined by one shipment that 4Rx is unwilling to make right by sending the shipment by Airmail in 3 days. Instead, their solution is to get a shipment to me by March 17th that was ordered on Jan 21st. The worst customer service of all, and I will take my business, my friend and families business, and mostly my patient’s business elsewhere since there are many choices of online pharmacies.

I ordered from 4rx.com and got my supplies, although it did take a long time, over a month. I have been using Dutasteride. Can’t tell if it is as good as the other I was supposed to take Avodart, but I paid $15 a month for Dutasteride compared to $45 a month for Avodart

I have ordered 5 or 6 times from 4rx and have no complaints with their products,prices,or shipping. I will continue to use 4rx as long as they make me happy.

4RX.Com is a TOTAL SCAM! My meds simply don’t work. They ripped me off of about $400. Do NOT trust them…..I believe all these positve posts are written by the company – they are good at networking to get you to believe. Beware!

This website is legit. They have the best prices from what I’ve seen. Always order at least 6 weeks in advance or you may run out of your medication(which happened to me!). If you are concerned about delivery, simply upgrade the shipping option and it will arrive in about a week. It’s still a very good deal when you compare it to recurring doctor’s visits, long pharmacy lines, and high price meds. They offer lots of generics that are not available in the US because they simply disregard patten laws in India. The customer service is also very good. I highly recommend this site to anyone who needs a prescription medication, especially those of us without health insurance. To all nay-sayers, we provide well-deserved jobs to people in India, improving their standard of living, as well as our own. Also, I saw a report on the local news about these pharmaceutical companies in India. They tested samples and indeed the drugs are identical to brand name ones made in USA.

I was a bit apprehensive about placing orders for medications online initially since i was duped by a company after placing an order with my CC earlier.However their prices is what attracted me.I was convinced by a helpline officer called Debbie when i contacted them that they had enough security systems in place to avoid any unauthorized use of my CC.
I placed an order for Atorvastatin and i am so glad that i gave it a try to place an order with 4RX.I got the order on time and good heavens i got great stuff.Great prices and great quality is all can say. My CC is safe too.They have a great customer helpline and they can be reached 24/7.Thanks Debbie, for building my trust in you guys. You have won a customer for a life time. Took 4 weeks to receive items ordered for a high shipping cost. Expiration dates are accurate to the website claims. Problem is quality. Both items supposed generic Viagra and generic celebrex are of low/reduced strength and questionable quality. I compared these products to my branded products previously received at my local pharmacy by taking them on a rotational basis and the generic supposed Celebrex did nothing for my pain compared to the branded one. The Suhagra had none to minimal results compared to branded Viagra. It also didn’t mimic the norm of Viagra as far as time it took to take effect, etc. Looking it up on Cipla Suhagra is listed as an aphrodisiac and I am certain 4rx is not selling a product that the 100 mg. Sildenafil Citrate it claims on the blister. I know what 100 mg. Sildenafil Citrate does to my body and this is not it. I believe its an herbal product and I am very angry I paid this much for fake meds.

I ordered Tadalafil and Vardenafil from this site and here is my opinion.

Product: Excellent, but be sure you buy these particular products from cipla, they work just as the brand ones.

Prices: Very very low.

Delivery: The product arrived 21 days from the moment they sent it BUT they sent it 15 days after I ordered. They were out of stock at the moment. If you ask them about this they WILL LIE to you and tell you they have it on stock. Very discrete delivery.

No extra charges in my credit card.

If they managed to get the pills into my country they will certainly be capable to get it into yours. Will buy again.

I’m using it for generic Latisse. Love it and it works. I am paying 1/4 the price that I was at the doctor in the US. I like that I can call and that there is a customer service person to speak to if I need to. I am pleased.

Total scam, spam, & virus trap. Went to this guy’s site where he talks in a folksy way how 4rx is legit, he knows the owner, blah blah. “Stephen Dayton” he calls himself. WELL NORTON SPYWARE FREAKED OUT! He was attacking my computer while telling me what a great company this is. Shill. Scammer. Fraud. And the other sites will take your email & not post anything.

I ordered generic Accutane and recieved fake pills. The pills listed no manufacturer, were crushed, and smelled strange. It is possible that the pills contained the correct active ingredient, but they were in such poor condition that I would not want to risk taking a mystery pill that could damage my health.

these guys suck. ripped me off twice. never again.

Was reluctant to order but thought I would give it a try,Used faster shipping and it took 5 days to reach uk from India in piece of paper folded over with tape with a Pharmacy stamp on it for all to see and a strip of tablets missing.The antibiotics I ordered normally take two days for me to feel better with brand meds in uk,these were fake still had symptoms after 5 days and terrible upset stomach .I contacted live help and was told they would ship different ones,second batch came 6 days later and this time were in a box but you could tell some ”master of crafts guy” had sat faking the boxes to look like the real deal.I feel there is far too much writing on the meds blister packs also.Second lot did not do a thing either,broke pills in half and they seemed to taste of sugar,not the usual antibiotic taste.I wish there was one just one genuine med store that sent genuine meds…god knows what they put in the tablets all I know is I had a week of toilet trips and loss of £70.Lesson learnt.Keep well away from 4rx!!!
All good reviews I have noticed are put on sites by staff from these dodgy sites to make them look the real part.BEWARE!

I have ordered from them several times(accutane)and have always received my order. It does take about 12-17 days but it actually gets here. The quality is good!

not the best, not the worst pharmacy out there. i’m pretty satisfied with how i got my order but find the service other on-line pharmacies such as generic4all and xlpharmacy deliver better somehow. definitely worth a try though.
